Stuart, Michelle, and their relationship
Although others have flirted, or had some sort of "fling" on Big Brother, those relationships have remained casual until outside, in the real world. With Stu and Mich, however, the whole emotional process has been witnessed by the world - even royalty and celebs (eg the Beckhams) get some privacy.
