First of all, thanks to everyone who offered advice on design, and assisted with the domain name, hosting, etc, and thanks especially to Stuart Wilson for being the inspiration.
And as Stuart is the inspiration for this site, hopefully it'll be like him:-

Design
The layout for the site is based on a screen resolution of 800x600.
(With Internet Explorer maximised, and no side explorer bars)
There won't be any advertising pop-ups on this site!
Any pop-ups or "new windows" are only included if necessary (eg in the forum).

Privacy
Cookies are not used by the main site, but the forum can use cookies to make your use of the forum more convenient. The forum will still work perfectly well with cookies disabled on your computer, but you would need to manually log on every time you visit the forum.
No personal information will be actively collected by using this site. However, to register as a member of the forum, you must give a valid e-mail address. Any information volunteered when using the site (including e-mail addresses) will only be released to satisfy the legal requirements of a valid court order.
E-mail addresses will NOT be shown.

"You can't please all of the people, all of the time!", but it's worth trying.
So if you send a comment about the site (both likes and dislikes) I'd have some idea of whether to congratulate myself, or start writing revisions.
